Mr. Scales joined Broadpoint.Gleacher in 2008 as Co-Head of Investment Grade Fixed Income Sales. Prior to joining Broadpoint, Mr. Scales was at Bear Stearns, where he most recently was a Senior Managing Director in Bear Stearn’s fixed income division. Mr. Scales has over 25 years of experience in fixed income sales spending 8 years at Bear Stearns and prior to that held positions at PaineWebber and Kidder Peabody.
